Creek Harbour is a waterfront district on Dubai Creek, still filling in. Much of what is sold here is off-plan or recently handed over, which shapes both the opportunity and the risk.
Buying into a district under construction means buying a plan as much as a property. Amenity that exists on a masterplan drawing is not the same as amenity you can walk to, and completion sequencing determines how long you live alongside a building site. Both are reasonable things to accept, provided you accept them knowingly.
What is already there is genuinely good: a marina promenade, open water, and a skyline view back toward Downtown that few other districts offer. The Ras Al Khor wildlife sanctuary sits immediately alongside.
